The operation is equipped with both classic and modern CNC machinery technology for treatment of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and plastic materials. In addition to the work for our own production activity, the company also ensures piecework production and co-operation for external customers in the area of production of metal model equipment for foundries, machining, wire and electro-erosive machining, machining fixtures, welding fixtures, dies, split dies, trimmers, moulds and pressure moulds.

Manual workplace

Manual workplace performs the finishing works on machined parts, moulds, pressure moulds, model equipment, dies, trimmers and fixtures.

Classic machining

Classic machining takes place on milling, turning, grinding, drilling and boring machines purchased a longer time ago. Reading or digital control is installed on some of these machines. On boring machines, gun drilling of super-deep holes is also realized.

CNC machining

The facility is provided with 3 CNC machines (2 CNC cutters with maximum dimensions of table 1200x700 mm and 1 CNC lathe - diameter 320 mm above the bed), which operate either according to the programmes of operators in the system Heidenhain or according to more complex programmes created according to 3D data by programmers. The programmers work with the system PRO/E and are interconnected with the machines with a cable network. The machines operate in a multi-shift system and a multi-machine operator system is implemented here.

Electro-erosive workplace

Possibility of machining quenched and hard parts and surfaces by the electro-erosive way.

Wire cutting

Available wire-cutting machine, on which outer and inner shapes are made in hard and quenched materials, e.g. various grooves, holes and more complex shapes.
